Cryptic Illusions is an online retailer specializing in luxury fountains, handcrafted 3D optical illusion wall art, and Makrana marble creations.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, finishes, and pricing are accurate. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, natural stone veining, finish, dimensions, and weight are normal and are not considered defects.

Images are provided for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the products.

Many of our 3D optical illusion artworks and Makrana marble products are custom made.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, dimensions, finishes, and design approvals before production begins.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on the destination.

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

For custom orders, we may require either full payment or a deposit before production begins.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Because many products are handcrafted, production times may vary.

Cryptic Illusions is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, freight carriers, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report visible shipping damage within 48 hours.

Some fountains, marble products, and large wall art may require professional installation.

Cryptic Illusions is not responsible for damage, injury, or property loss resulting from improper installation or misuse.

Customers are responsible for ensuring walls, floors, and supporting structures are suitable for installation.

• Ready-to-ship items may qualify for returns subject to our policy.
• Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Products are covered only by any warranty specifically stated on the product page.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
